Issue Description:

• Drains LP when rightclicked (deactivated on ground, activated everywhere)
• randomly voids stuff if you die with it (unsure, voided when deactivated & activated)

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• BloodMagic: -98

• Forge: 2655

Commands:

• drainutils

  • list [(player)] (ordered list with soul tickets (one list per player or one list per server?)
  • teleport [(player)] [(targetplayer)] [ID] (targetplayer if one list per server)(teleports to the location of the soul ticket, if it is a block)
  • deactivate [ID]
  • deactivateall [(player)] (deactivates all rituals of self or target player)
  • deactivateallserver (deactivates all rituals, use the command twice to confirm, 10 seconds? timeout)
  • unbindall [(player)] (see deactivateall)
  • unbindallserver (see deactivateallserver)
  • reset [(player)] (deactivates and unbinds all for a player, sets orb level to 0 and empties it)
  • resetall

• teleposer

  • list (ordered list (with ID's)
  • teleport [(player)] [ID] (teleports you on the teleposer)
  • telepose [(player)] [ID] [(level)] (teleposes from your/player's position to the teleposer with [ID], using a [(level)]/1 block teleposition focus) (or maybe just a square radius for teleposition instead of level?)
