When Azure DB is up and running, ensure app can push data up

When there are many files in the phone's storage that need to be uploaded, the http post request execution never occurs. This isn't caused by a sorting issue or a json creation issue, but instead seems to be some sort of timeout issue.

Allow the user to retrieve only a subset of the columns in the dataset through the API. This is needed in particular for the viz website (which needs to update quickly).

Need to have opt-in disclaimer on app to gather consent from users of app

Currently security issues when connecting from a different domain but that should be fixed when we are calling the API from the same domain
