Add zip code request field on Weebly site about cusp_sonyc_wifi HOT 3 OPEN

I'd make this optional - if we force people to give us their zipcode before downloading that might discourage some. What we could do is add a google form on the App page where we kindly ask for people to enter their zipcode (and nothing else?) - it might not be complete but it'll give us some idea... thoughts?
