I am trying this code in a conda environment using anaconda on windows10. There are lots of dependency issues. Which python version are you using and OS?

I have noticed the program freezes for a few seconds while the emotion detector initializes during the first few frames of the stream. Is there a way to speed it up, or even better, somehow we can initialize it before the stream opens up. I want to figure out a way to give lag free stream to the user.

What is the architecture of the model for emotion detection(model corresponding to model_dropout.hdf5) or how does it work.
