Problem with TEannot about pirate HOT 3 CLOSED

Hi Thank you for the report of this issue.
I never had this error in running TEannot.
This problem seems to be due to your computer configuration?
How many RAM and Processor do you use for your VM?

You can also check the state of SGE to be sure that there is not a avorted "job" which stop the others.

You can see if the jobs of TEannot (managed by SGE) are working correctly in tapping "qstat" in the Konsol.

Please let me know what appear when you use "qstat" (without the ").

You can remove all the jobs of SGE with the command "qstat -u jeremy"

For information:
Each time you re-use TEannot in the PiRATE-Galaxy the command "qstat -u jeremy" is automatically launch to clear your previous jobs.

An other point, be careful that your sequences (TE library and Genome) have a size of 60 pb per lines. This is very important for the TEannot work.
