verifyPacket Error: No Header!

Hello ,
first of all thanks for your nice software
I have robot geek snapper arm core with arduino MEGA only (without geekduino and robotgeek shield)
every thing is ok , I uploaded the snapper arm serial firmware into my arduino Mega
then I ran the processing sketch of your software when I connect to COM3 which is my Mega serial com
I got the following :
