I manage to access the dataset only when I use the address that created the task.
Not when I use an other address in the white list even if login succeeds with an address of the white list. See the task test_login test_login2 for example.
Imjoy print this Error: Error: Permission denied: Unable to access dataset.

I do not know why but sometime one .png layer does not load entirely or does display att all.
the dapi layer is in blue, the smFISH layer in red. However, the two pngs have the same dimension in the input folder that I uploaded.
Currently, the Kaibu plugin has a button Save to save an ongoing annotation without submitting it as completed.
Since Save and Submit might be confusing for the end users, we could build in an auto-save functionality.
Kaibu permits to add callbacks on the features (add_feature_callback , change_feature_callback remove_feature_callback). These could be coupled with an autosave.
if not manually set, the default color for segmentation is green. (so far so good)
if I click on export or upload the geojson, it does not contain the color if all the same nuclei have the same color.
if I do not set the color in the annotation.json all nuclei are green (so far so good). Then if I choose a new color for segmentation, all the former nuclei change color too. In the attach image for example, I choose to segment in blue instead of green and then all the initial annotations from annotation.json change colorfrom green to blue.
