This does not appear to be fixed. I have several "track removal scars" that I'd love to get rid of.

@iamnicogomez I've tried several test cases of removing all the tracks from a panel, and it does indeed get deleted. What are the steps that led to those empty panels in your screenshot? Have you tried it in the latest version of IGV?
