Need to add ability to make tests with different size of memory. -- Up to ALL free space of the disk.

Because of you do test with a low memory size, your test doesn't show REAL speed of SSD. It's can show speed "500" in case of real speed is 60 when SSD cash will be filled.

To check what I mean - try to write file on any cheap or middle-price SSD with size larger than 20-30-40-50GB(any Blue-ray movie) or fill SSD with any real data.
Or test SSD speed with Victoria or PC-3000 Disk Analyzer with filling random data.

Lot of people need to know REAL speed of SSD -- not speed of work with cache.
As example - some people who works with video-edit.
As example - work with some databases.
Etc.

異なるドライブ情報（容量関連）が表示される問題。UWP版でのみ発生している模様。原因は不明ですが、現在もきっと治っていないので要対策。変数を都度初期化して、関数呼び出しに失敗した場合は、容量の情報を表示しない？空き容量が取得できないとファイル生成に失敗する可能性はあるが。

In diskspd64.exe, there are properties InternalName as "diskspd.exe" and FileDescription as "DiskSpd Storage Performance Tool". But these properties are missing in disk speed legacy executables.

DIskamrk7.0h does not retrieve last location for testing performance. DiskMark ignore DrivePath/TargetPath and always set C: as default

Prevoius revision (crystalDiskamrk 6) properly work with definied parameters DrivePath/TargetPath.

May I ask for changing behaviour on CrystalDiskamrk7? It would be advisable for me I check some drives by editing ini file instead clicking data inside application.

Hi,

I'm trying to write a binary file to NVMe SSD with highest speed possible. According to CrystalDiskMark results, a RAID0 Disk (8 NVMe SSDs) with 16TB capacity can give 16.5GB/s writing speed.
Then, I checked the CrystalDiskMark source code as a reference to improve write performance. I created a small trial project with CreateFile and WriteFile functions from C++ standard library to write 4MB of data 16 times sequentially and the speed I observed was just 150MB/s. On the contrary, writing 4MB of data 16 times using ofstream::write gave speed upto 4.5GB/s.

I'm now confused from my observations, whether I have interpreted your code to write faster is wrong or missed something important while using it. Kindly advice me with a small piece of example code (preferably in C++) to achieve maximum write speed in NVMe SSDs/RAID0 disks.

I recognize, that I get faster speeds when I benchmark the SSD from the host OS and lower speeds, when the benchmark (CrystalDiskMark) runs on another OS/SSD.

Is it possible that this makes a difference?

Why are the CrystalDiskMark 8.0.4c downloads marked 8.0.4 and dated 2021-07-11 whereas the history page indicates 8.04b is dated 2022-07-17?

I ask as I am trying to get mkevenaar/chocolatey-packages#159 going so most recent version of the portable version of CrystalDiskMark becomes available on Chocolatey.

For that, I need to know what the most recent version actually is.

Right now, CrystalDiskMark 8.0.4c is based on DISKSPD 2.0.21a.

Now that DISKSPD 2.1 has been out for more than a year and well tested, I think it is time to incorporate that version in a new CrystalDiskMark release.

The Profile Menu in "Shizuku Edition" Don't have the [+Mix] option.

I checked the UWP Version and 8.0.0 RC Version which got the same problem.

I didn't find any docs that told me the Shizuku Edition is not the "Stand Edition+Themes", But some of the functions are not included.

It would be nice if it didn't use HTML components so that way it runs on ReactOS without having to install the Gecko HTML rendering component.
