Documentation: Fix the link to DoubleClick-OpenRTB mapping about openrtb-doubleclick HOT 2 CLOSED

Thanks for the heads up on this! It turns out the link was correct but the document was broken. This spreadsheet is owned by a gmail account that we had created with the single purpose of sharing documents like this, but I don't use that account to make edits so after months of inactivity it seems Google got suspicious and blocked the account. It should be normal now, try again.
