npm cannot fetch 7zip-bin-mac on linux and throws Unsupported platform error during npm install. for now I just removed it from package.json to be able to build the project and will revert it again. actually replacing with "7zip-bin" will handle 7zip-bin-win and 7zip-bin-mac and 7zip-bin-linux as optional dependencies and fetches the suitable one for platform.

ah ok I didn't see the yarn in project ok using yarn resolves the problem.

Add ability to autoly choose and set a wallpaper.
It can be top-rated, most-used, etc.

When I open the splashify, every picture only has this resolution. Is something wrong or how can i change it?

it would be great to have a Linux (at least Ubuntu) version of Splashify. since it's an electron app it would be easy to build one...

In Windows 10 while you apply a new wallpaper with this tool, and at the time you are resizing the icons, Windows 10's desktop background configuration turns to solid color mode.

I don't know if having installed fences has something to do with it, but just to mention it is also installed but disabled.

BTW: Downloading again the same picture seems unnecessary, it would be great to include a caching folder to avoid downloading again, 'cause in slow or metered connections are not convenient.

It would be really helpful if you could add the option to log in to one's Splashify account, so that they can get curated images.

When you click "Set Wallpaper" and switch from desktop to an app on fullscreen (you just go for exemple to Chrome which is on full screen) and go back to the desktop, the wallpaper don't change. On Spalishy you get "Current Wallpaper". Same thing when you use the app on Fullscreen.

I'm using the app as a more convenient way to download test images and it'd be really convenient and handy to be able to simply download an image from the listing screen straight to the desktop without having to go in and out of each single preview view.

After installing, I got a error to fetch images. But I could visit the unsplash.com.

I am on windows 10.

If possible, I would like to provide the log, but I may need a guide to find it.

Update: In the next several hours, the problem randomly occurred for several times but not every time.

Sometimes when I click "Set Wallpaper" the background is set to black.

It's hard to find retina wallpapers

When I shutdown the system and boot up again, the wallpaper returns to the old one that i had set befor installing Splashify

When setting a wallpaper for multiple monitors, it sets just the main screen, and leaves the secondary monitors as the default wallpaper

On OSX, it could be useful to manage wallpaper on each screen (main, secondary, ...).

It'd be really convenient to have the ability to key to the next and previous items and to be able to close out of the screen using the escape key.
