Note for all PathPlanner paths. Pathplanner will automatically flip paths from the Blue Alliance side to the Red Alliance side. All pre-computed paths need to be made from the point of view of the Blue Alliance (the left had side of the field). Not sure how, but PathPlanner can be (told? automatically detect? I don't know) if the robot is on the Blue or Red alliance and then use the correct path.
I'm not sure what this means for on the fly path generation.

Path planner has 2 constructors one that has a boolean parameter for useAlliance, the other's by default set useAlliance to true

Completed. We can do this for the human player side, wall side, and over the charging station.
