we use the right x value of the xbox controller for controlling rotation in the default drive command
when the driver touches the right joystick while driveSetRotation is active it likely means they want to rotate which is why it serves as a good interrupt condition

the rotation is a bit fast (kp 4.9) it works well but arguments could be made to add kd so it's a bit smoother
