I'm interested in this. What's the next step to do?
I found that demo videos require an introduction but it contains the old logo, should it be added to the video?

I think the next step is to start working on the demo itself. So creating (or using) a web page that makes it easy to show what the feature does. Deciding on the steps for the demo, and then recording it!
Usually adding text on the video to make the main steps really obvious tend to help. And also little visual cues to help see where to click, etc.
I think Screenflow does this well if you happen to have it. On Mac, the QuickTime screen recorder works nicely too I think.

And, you're right, that intro video is totally outdated. Don't worry about it for now, let's work on a demo without it. In parallel, I'll try to get something new if I can.
