Should be 2 cursor states, ideal and nominal. Move nominal cursor to end in this case. Restore to ideal whenever possible. Make ideal nominal if changed relative to nominal.
Doing this, currently:
open `infer -p QUERY | head -1`
Doesn't seem ideal. It's late, though, and maybe I just didn't explore the usage enough.
Also probably makes sense to eliminate directories from the results to be opened unless all of the results are directories.
