Should be a way to open the first result about infer HOT 2 CLOSED

May submit some patches myself in the future if I find time for it. Just a couple things that came to mind when fiddling around with it.

Opening the first result quickly is the primary goal of the utility. Documentation is really lacking right now. : \

"infer QUERY" will open the first result if the match is greater than the proceeding result by at least 'inference_index', by default that index is set to 0.1 (10%), but can be lowered in .infrc to make implicit opening looser.

If you create a file in your home directory ~/.infrc, and add:

inference_index: 0.01

then if the first result is 1% better than the second result, it will automatically open that result with the appropriate handler.
