Treat Xcode warnings as errors and fail the build

Let's make sure we fail the build if there are either Xcode or Swift warnings.

Add contribution rules

Rename framework from ReceiptKit to Receipt

Remove release tags from develop branch

Set minimum deployment target to 8.0

carthage update generates output:

ld: warning: embedded dylibs/frameworks only run on iOS 8 or later

We need set minimum target to iOS 8 to get rid of this message.

Add SwiftLint

Add @andris-zalitis and @lauracalinoiu as collaborators

Add binary to each release for faster Carthage builds

After we convert to Swift 3, #21, add a binary to the release that Carthage can find and use.

Configure branches

Create develop branch
Make sure develop is both protected and default branch

Rename without "-kit" suffix

Convert to Swift 3

Do the minimal amount necessary to get the code compiling and running under Swift 3.

I.e. do not try to make nicer names or do other cleanup. Let's get it working first. If you notice things that should/would/could be improved, create new issue(s).
