[Request] Document Formatting about lemminx HOT 9 CLOSED

@NikolasKomonen I have just initialize the formatter that iy can now implement. You can see quickly https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode-html-languageservice/blob/master/src/services/htmlFormatter.ts which uses beautify.

If you are interested to support it, you must implement your work at https://github.com/angelozerr/xml-languageserver/blob/master/org.eclipse.xml.languageserver/src/main/java/org/eclipse/xml/languageserver/services/XMLFormatter.java#L33

I have implemented formatting feature (with range) which works with XML not well formatted. You can find tests at https://github.com/angelozerr/lsp4xml/blob/master/org.eclipse.lsp4xml/src/test/java/org/eclipse/lsp4xml/services/XMLFormatterTest.java
