Hi,
The HTML structure of your site is heavily different from the one of the default Storefront them that is also a base for other themes. The code in GTM4WP simply can not find the add to cart buttons in product lists.
Also I do not see additional product data in the HTML code that GTM4WP should add as a hidden HTML which hints that your template also does not call all the WooCommerce hooks that would be needed for a 3rd party plugin like GTM4WP to extend functionality.
