Need functionality for including timestamps in each of the individual message structs. May or may not want to be able to specify the time message like you can in sdlog2_dump.py

Git version and parameters are written once to the log after the message formats, but before the actual data. Need to add functionality for saving this data, especially since it is received before the first time message

Add functionality for only extracting requested messages and fields, as currently supported in sdlog2_dump.py
