System.Reflection.Assembly.UnsafeLoadFrom should be removed from NS 2.0 as it is related to CAS about standard HOT 3 CLOSED

UnsafeLoadFrom

It is somewhat related to CAS, but it is harmless - it does not pull in any bad dependencies. There is no good reason to remove it.

There are many similar methods in different corners of the system - if we start removing them, we would get into the death by thousands paper-cuts problem: UnsafeOnCompleted, UnsafeDeserialize, UnsafeDeserializeMethodResponse, UnsafeQueueNativeOverlapped, UnsafeQueueUserWorkItem, UnsafeRegisterWaitForSingleObject, .... .

Assembly.SecurityRuleSet

It is not related to CAS. It is related to security transparent/critical code for which we are keeping all other attributes; and it is often used to mark assemblies. It should be netstandard.
