Compare netstandard with older PCL profiles about standard HOT 5 CLOSED

I need to setup some APICompat verification on these profiles but from a quick diff with NS1.6 work I see the following types missing:

• Lazy<T,M>
• GeneratedCodeAttribute
• Few RefEmit enums. FlowControl, OpCode, OpCodes
• Few Interop types DispatchWrapper/ErrorWrapper/ComImportAttribute
• Few members on Marshal
• ComTypes namespace

There are still a few more things I want to clean-up and better understand before I complete this work-item.

netstandard needs to contain all the APIs in those profiles.

Generally true, except for the exceptions we discussed today, such as:

• Microsoft.CSharp
• Microsoft.VisualBasic
• System.ComponentModel.Composition
• Windows.winmd
