After executing the code in cv, this output was shown

Please kindly tell me how to execute the code and help me solve the problem.

I made a sample of person counting on a bus using SSD detector and kalman tracker and it counts the people well. but the problem is it does not identify in which direction the person is moving (up or down). how can I add this for my case?

I am trying to run the video using direct capturing , by changing line to
camera = cv2.VideoCapture(0)

the code runs successfully but no output window is shown.
Please guide me solving this issue.

Can you please add a read me, i have installed opencv3.0.1. and python 3.4 following Adrain on RPi3 and then came into cv virtual environment. Then i try to run the track _people.py script and get some output. But can you please tell me where is the display for the lines drawn.
