I see Q303 is using MUSIC_BEEP which is special. Can u explain a bit more why a protocol need explicit controlling the user experience? can we integrate this as a more general interface of PROTOCOL?

So the original Tx is use audio to indicate that? Can we use telemetry to display it in a different way?

Sorry i don't play drone but only fixed wing. So I have no idea how it works and why we need it.

The original Tx has probably no indicator at all, actually the quad starts on channel 1 and the transmitter only transmits ch- and ch+ commands.

Also, they are only undocumented protocols, but there are also many more undocumented sub-formats :(
