CR-FM-NES about cmaes HOT 4 CLOSED

FYI: I released the first major version of crfmnes.

from cmaes.

CR-FM-NES uses mirrored sampling, which may not be compatible with ask-and-tell interface.
Naive implementation is like this:

x1, x2 = optimizer.ask_pair()
value1 = quadratic(x1[0], x1[1])
solutions.append((x1, value1))
value2 = quadratic(x2[0], x2[1])
solutions.append((x2, value2))

However, this is a bit cumbersome and confuses the existing ask-and-tell interface.

And how to use resampling is not obvious. A naive way is to resampling until both sides of the pair are feasible, but this can be inefficient.

I noticed that computing z_k in linear time is difficult in the current ask-and-tell interface.
