Subversion support

We need Subversion support similar to Svn.java

We might be able to patch the svn gem to implement codefoundry/svn#3 (svn info and svn ls --recursive).

If that turns out to be hard we can just shell out to the svn client, but that might be a little tricky since it might not be on the PATH on the CI machine, and we also have to parse the output from the svn command line.

Cucumber-pro-ruby makes aruba-builds fail with cucumber 2

`Cucumber::Ast` no longer exists. These classes have moved into the `Cucumber::Core::Ast` namespace, but may not have the same API. (RuntimeError)

Don't connect to websocket unless CUCUMBER_PRO_TOKEN is set

The rationale for this is that we want to enable the formatter in a cucumber.opts file, which is easy for Cucumber Pro to update when we're enabling results.

If the formatter is always enabled the current implementation will always fail for developers.
The formatter should do nothing unless CUCUMBER_PRO_TOKEN is defined. Normally this will only be defined in CI.
