On low resolution some scaffolds are not reoriented as they must be. But in higher resolutions all ok

In exported AGP scaffolds names may be not unique.

Add two features from Python prototype:

• finalize scaffolded fasta from old fasta and .agp
• return fasta by selection coordinates

We need another form for all "open file" menus.
Tree representation is preferable. As a minimum in current form files must be sorted by name.

Need a form in the right panel to be able to rename selected scaffolds.
It can be an editable table with current names and a button "rename"

after applying a new contrast preset representation of colormap parameters do not change in the right panel.

Only the Russian dot delimiter works in the range selector for colormap
