Enrichr allows for users to create and use accounts. The advantage of this is that lists of genes can be saved, as well as their differential expression results.

We should see if we can incorporate user account authentication / access to previously run queries in enrichR.

Why not add an option to take bed files as the input similar as enichr?

Right now, because the Enrichr API doesn't allow us to query for available databases, clients have to specify databases by guessing at how the API would specify their names.

We should either

1. Enumerate as many of these as possible by hand, and provide some nice, systematic way for the user to specify the databases they'd like to query against, or
2. Correspond with the Enrichr maintainers to see if they can add some functionality to their API to query for available databases, and offer them to the user in some nice way.

enrichR shouldn't limit itself just to the databases offered by Enrichr.

A good first step would be to add support for getting enrichment results from DAVID, if that hasn't been implemented in some other package already.
