cmapbq's Issues

Tutorial example won't work due to missing rights

When following the tutorial and playing the first steps of the notebook, i faced an error at step:

cmap_query.get_table_info(bq_client, 'cmap-big-table.cmap_lincs_public_views.compoundinfo')

Saying that rights are missing.

In order for it to work I added the following role to the service account: "BigQuery Read Session User"

Maybe it would be nice to add it to the documentation.

Demo credentials don't work

If I uncomment the cell with

""" Delete line if without Google Cloud credentials

import requests

# URL with credentials
url = ('https://s3.amazonaws.com/data.clue.io/api/bq_creds/BQ-demo-credentials.json')

response = requests.get(url)
credentials_filepath='/content/BQ-demo-credentials.json'

with open(credentials_filepath, 'w') as f:
  f.write(response.text)

"""

and run the first query cmap_query.get_table_info(bq_client, 'cmap-big-table.cmap_lincs_public_views.compoundinfo') then I get

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
TransportError Traceback (most recent call last)

The above exception was the direct cause of the following exception:

RefreshError Traceback (most recent call last)
/usr/local/lib/python3.7/dist-packages/six.py in raise_from(value, from_value)

I get the same error using credentials I created following the documentation.
