error when trying to plot Baf

Warning: Error in filter: In argument: chrom %in% c(chr, paste0("chr", chr)).
Caused by error in h():
! error in evaluating the argument 'x' in selecting a method for function '%in%': object 'chrom' not found

I suspect it is calling the wrong reactiveValues variable

@cluhaowie, I encountered this error when trying to annotate using hg19, the file is not found in /data dir

dnCNV button does not work

The app crash when pressing the show dnCNV button. In the Rstudio console, the error shows:
'Error in h: error in evaluating the argument 'x' in selecting a method for function 'as.data.frame': could not find function "subtract"'
@clifflun Can you specify the package where the 'subtract' function coming from?
