This repository contains all the R code required to run species distribution models in MaxEnt for Diaphorina citri (the Asian citrus psyllid, ACP). This project is a collaboration between the Centre for Biological Control (CBC) at Rhodes University, and Citrus Research International (CRI).

Instructions

Please download the Koppen-Geiger shapefiles here beforehand: https://www.climond.org/Core/Authenticated/KoppenGeiger.aspx

Download this repository, and save the Koppen-Geiger shapefiles in the project directory.

Open the ACP_SDM_workflow.Rproj, and run the run_me.R file. Follow the prompts in the console to run through all the code.
