We have had success in the past of building educational getting started tools for projects which I think would benefit tekton as an early project. See https://www.envoyproxy.io/try as an example, but we could essentially have a set of interactive labs like:

• Create your first pipeline
• Sharing a tekton task to the catalog
• etc (the tekton maintainers should come up with a set of tasks)

We should leverage the LF China team and setup a contract to get CDF support. This involves registering CDF related project WeChat handles and maintaining their social presence. We should also setup the agreement so they handle membership management in China, similar to CNCF.

Board members would like contact details for all members of the board and committees.

To formalize this we need to:

1. add it to the sponsorship events.
2. Get a contract to those who have expressed an interest (DeployHub, Snyk, Whitesource, Sysdig).
3. The charge should be $1500 per sponsor and we need 6 total.
4. We need to arrange a venue, possible a room where the summit is taking place.
   12 tall tables, food, drinks. I budgeted 120 max people at $75 per person.
5. Market it to the general members.

Can you get me an updated amount for the registration fees that were paid for CDF Summit in Barcelona, Shanghai and San Diego? It's my understanding that no one received this money as part of our diversity program.

Jenkins project would like to request a code signing certificate for signing Jenkins releases. This is part of an initiative led by Olivier Vernin to remove single-points-of-failure from the current release process. I believe the certificate needs to be backed by a legal entity/organization.

Create a schedule for kubecon participants to see one off demos of CDF projects in conjunction with company booths at Kubecon.
