CD Summit - Mind Share Cocktail event about foundation HOT 7 CLOSED

FYI - Emily and I had to reschedule our meeting to Wednesday due to scheduling conflict. I will provide an update on next steps based on your requirements @TracyRagan

1. @TracyRagan - spoke w/Emily and we are adding this to the CD Summit prospectus and will also add it to the Kubecon. We need to provide Emily with copy.
2. For those who have already expressed interest - please copy Emily on the email and she will coordinate the contract.
3. What else can we do to help reach the goal of 6?
4. It's looking like the only available night to do this is Monday - Nov. 18th and would need to start after the CD Summit is complete est. 615pm. Emily will confirm by end of week if we are able to get space in the Marriott (next door to the convention center). If not, we will have to figure out a restaurant option (I would suggest a brewery near by).
5. Once we have locked down the date/time - we start to promote via email and social media. I suggest we do a 4 email series (1 month prior, 2 wks prior, 1 wk, and day of)
6. Do we need swag?

@jsalinas29 Here is the description of the event. Don't think any swag is needed - but it could be fun to do a business card raffle for a few t-shirts and socks, just for grins.
