hyperlink relevant scripts in the md file

Could we hyper link the scripts/rmd files in the readme? currently one has to find the right scripts by looking at the scripts folder, we can just hyperlink relevant scripts when we mention them in the md file

Should access to raw tabix and bigwig be restricted or open ?

Since this is patient data I am wondering if we should make the data available via bimsbstatic or rather upload these to https://ega-archive.org/ to manage access.

Age information missing for UA and healthy patients

It seems the metadata contained in the published supplemental table
Supplementary_Table_1_Clinical_and_Metadata(1).xlsx is messed up for some patients.
The problem seems to be that due to formatting issues caused by inline commas the numbers have been screwed up.

Solution is to provide here on github a tsv version of the excel table with the patient metadata.
