PRTG issue when sending commands to exe's

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download PTF Tweet plug-in
2.Extract EXE to required directory, register exe with twitter
3.Configure Plugin within PRTG Web interface

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When PRTG sends a command to an application via command prompt it does not
allow for spaces within the command parameter.
IE when running the above command from command line you run the following
tweet.exe -a=twitter_username -t=[%sitename] %device %name %status %down
(%message)
When PRTG runs the command its running the following
tweet.exe-a=twitter_username -t=[%sitename] %device %name %status %down
(%message)

Note there is no space between tweet.exe and the parameters being passed

PTS Ducksboard retrieving wrong channel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a custom sensor in PRTG, set sensor to run Ducksboard.exe.
2) Sensor returns Execution Time channel, not the channel requested

Here's the command being run manually:

.\Ducksboard.exe -url=xxx:80 -u=xxx -p=xxx -id=2803 -ch=requests -key=xxx
-sl=xxx
Requesting sensor data from PRTG.

Data received from PRTG.

Channel value = 920

Sending to Ducksboard {"value": 920, "timestamp": 13615350451}

Receiving from Ducksboard <response>ok</response>

920:Ok

See attached screenshot for channel list of Sensor ID 2803.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see channel 'requests' returned.

Billing Tools Misses important data

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run PRTG report on 1 month and results are different
2. Run billing tool for 1 month and transfered GB are different

Result: You will lose money using the billing tool as less then consumed is
charged.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I executed a PTRG report as a test for billing giving 564 GB of transfered
data, total volume, based on SNMP 1 minute on a server example.

Then I passed the same sensor on the billing tools. The result is 522 GB
transfered.

This can be because of this:
The PRTG reports is executed with 1 minute interval. The billing tool only
allows 5 minutes intervals.

But actually the real issue seems to be that PRTG reports for the same data
will include the 1 first day of the next month.

This means 11/1/2011 to 12/1/2011

The billing tool doest. It has a bug. The result in the report for the same
date range with the billing tools is:
11/1/2011 to 11/30/2011

Its misses one day. Also, I think the billing tools is not taking hours account
12:00 AM, etc so for allot of transfered bandwidth this is quite a big loss if
you happen to use the billing tool.

In my test just with that amount of data and based on 1$ per GB extra you would
lose 42 GB or 42$ by using the billing tool.

The difference between running PRTG reports and the billing tools should be the
same. Because if you happen to send the reports to the clients they will differ
with the billing tool.

An example of the command:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Media Streamer on Windows 2008 SP2 Enterprise (64bit)
2. Try polling 5-10 streams together, it stops responding.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should queue and respond request one by one incase it is not able to handle
request all together.

I am using PRTG Network Monitor 8.4.2.2381
Windows 2008 SP2 Enterprise (64bit) running on Xeon Processor + 16 GB RAM and 1

I am also wondering, what this folder stores?

LastWinUpdate funktioniert mit keinem Server

Hallo,

0:Impersonation of ta-logistic\administrator failed! [1326] Anmeldung

Jens Burmeister

Unable to get ContactState to appear on listing of available sensors to add in PRTG

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I downloaded the PTF ContactState zip file, extracted the files, and moved
the .exe file (black icon, described as "PTF sensor") into the "Custom
Sensors/EXE" folder under the PRTG Network Monitor program folder. When that
didn't work on executing step #2 below, I also later tried moving it into the
"Sensor System" folder as well (since that had mostly icons similiar to
ContactState.exe file.
2. I opened up the PRTG program, logged in (Ajax GUI), selected "Add Sensor
Manually".
3. At next screen, I chose "add sensor to an existing device", then chose
"probe device" under "local probe". The next screen gives you the sensors to
choose from.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The list of available sensors populates the screen below (121 of them), but the
one for ContactState does not appear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PRTG 9 (latest version, downloaded this week). Windows XP Professional w/ SP3.
I have the required NET2 (as well as 3 & 4) on my computer.

Please provide any additional information below.
Why can't I get this sensor to appear on the list of available sensors on my
PRTG program? What am I doing wrong? What am I not doing right?
