Took a logcat to help figure out the issue.
Trying to append it... Github mobile seems to still lack some important features...

This is a random malfunction. Sometimes, the translation doesn't work because of a «network error», even if i'm actually connected.

For example, "non molto" is detected as English instead of Italian

This would not happen if the app didn't send a new request after each individual key press.

When i highlight a word or phrase, i would like to be able to translate it from the context menu (appears when you long press or highlight text)

This is especially useful in 3rd party apps where it might be difficult to switch between apps or copy text, but a context menu can appear

Also a clipboard translate tool/bubble that will read clipboard and translate if user taps the floating bubble. I think this is #27.

At least in the German translation of https://www.deepl.com/privacy.html it is possible to opt out saving data for pseudonym user profiles (8. [...] Ich lehne die Speicherung meines Nutzerprofils ab. [...]). It works by saving a special cookie saying deepl to not save the tranfered texts. Would it be possible to implement an opt-out option for this app?

We'll use the Retrofit library to connect to the DeepL API.

Hi, I'm using OpenL as dictionary for Moon+ Reader. Everything works fine but I'm using a brown/dark theme for Moon+ Reader and the visual change with the white of OpenL is quite hard for my eyes. Could you add an option to customize the colors of OpenL?.

Deepl supports a lot of languages. I did not see Thai language. Is there any reason not to support all available languages out of the box?

But now it does not work even when sharing a text.

Deepl now has support for Russian and Portuguese languages, please add them to the list.
