our JEDCap -- what is it really used for?

Hi Tor and Andy,I am at ReproNim meeting, and we are discussing harmonization of variousmetadata.  I wonder if our JEDCap is used at all for anything beyond"Register a subject and MRI accessions", e.g. as to contain projects'assessments etc?Would we want to centralize / provide such a feature at the level of theDBIC? (something to discuss may be at next steering committee meeting).BTW --  I would recommend this webinar/paperhttps://youtu.be/zFr8DyTGhxQhttps://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fdata.2022.988084/fullThank you in advance for the clarification Hi Tor and Andy,I am at ReproNim meeting, and we are discussing harmonization of variousmetadata.  I wonder if our JEDCap is used at all for anything beyond"Register a subject and MRI accessions", e.g. as to contain projects'assessments etc?Would we want to centralize / provide such a feature at the level of theDBIC? Check out Eye-Tracker troubles re courtney email

Hi Daniel and Adam (cc: Terry and Andy),

I hope you're both doing well and that you made it safely into Moore this morning!

I'm emailing you because you both have scans booked tonight, and I think you both use the eyetracker for your studies. The Wager lab let me know that the were experiencing an intermittent issue with the eyetracker (it was happening roughly every other subject), where the eyetracker wouldn't start up/calibrate. If either of you experience issues with the eyetracker tonight, could you please email Terry and Andy and give them a little context about what was happening if/when there was an error?

I'm hoping there's not an issue, but just in case.

Thanks!

Courtney

This is Kexin Cai, a first-year graduate student at the PBS department. I was wondering if I could be granted access to the cluster directory /dartfs/rc/lab/D/DBIC/ so that I could have access to the Psy160 course resources. My details are as below. Thank you for your help!

Name: Kexin Cai
NetID: f006cn2

Have a great week!

Best,
Kexin
