antirarefaction's Issues

urgent: indexing issue

User submitted possible issue:

The mistake is in server.R, specifically the line:

correct[3, i] <- sign(bta$table[1,3]) == sign(input$Cb - input$Ca)
I think it should be

correct[3, i] <- sign(bta$table[2,1]) == sign(input$Cb - input$Ca)

bta$table[1,3] refers to the pvalue, so correct[3,i] will always be FALSE in case Cb < Ca. That way it seems like breakaway is always wrong when the true richness in Environment A is set by the user to be higher than the richness of environment B.
