It refers to the former way we were doing OAuth -- via an embedded browser, which is not in the current implementation anymore.
The force flag is sent to the imsLogin function of each IMS plugin. The only plugin that receives it is aio-lib-ims-oauth, and it doesn't appear to be used.
Several things need fixing:
- Remove all usage of force for imsLogin, and any callees up the tree in aio-lib-ims
- Remove all usage of force for imsLogin, in aio-lib-ims-oauth
- Remove all docs for force in aio-lib-ims
from aio-lib-ims.
