Remove field "technical_account_email" about aio-lib-ims HOT 8 CLOSED

I mentioned this on the aio-cli-plugin-cloudmanager issue, but for transparency, when migrating configuration from the old jwt structure to the new context structure, the plugin sets that value to "unused" (since it wasn't in the old jwt structure). Agree with @kwin that this is odd to say it is required. Should have raised this issue when I was doing the migration work.

This was probably introduced due to adobe/aio-lib-ims-jwt@3474343.
It is still marked as required key in https://github.com/adobe/aio-lib-ims-jwt/blob/4ee7b42a49e83fbe937c552605bfc352fefc7aef/src/ims-jwt.js#L28 although this is nowhere used any longer.

You are correct, tech acct email is not required, only the id is required for jwt generation.
