Ui improvements:

• responsive design
• mobile web

All users except SUPER_ADMIN and ADMIN users can give attorneyship to other users who have ROLE_ALLOWED_TO_SWITCH.

A drag and drop tool will be useful.

i created a controller in Apibundle\Controller directory
then i added to Apibundle\Resources\Config\routing_rest.yml
still when i send a request i got 404; so can you explain me how can i create and develop a rest api in ojs
