Initially, rtenv was designed to follow the manner of microkernels like Minix, and that is definitely the reason why you would figure out the fact that message passing mechanism is emphasized. The path server is sort of what typical microkernels would take.

Therefore, I think you can try to introduce Minix-like designs on top of rtenv in which you can realize how a microkernel is.

Study and implement malloc alignment

Need to totally modify task scheduling and data structure
