Student View
Students should be able to view all the courses they are currently enrolled in, and the grade they received (if locked in).
Add notifications to the stub python database
Twitter API
Get people who mention the section through hashtags from the Twitter API.
Professors can assign grades to students and save them (not locked)

See the mockups. Prof can select a grade from the student drop down and save it. The grade should not be "locked in" / published on this initial save.
Students/Professors can comment on grades they have access to.
Have comment input boxe. Show past comments with time stamps and poster.
Professor can "lock in" grades
