严格来说的确不完全相同，原论文中Beta的确只有一个矩阵，不过因为本质上Beta矩阵对应的是decoder的权重，我出于更一般化和更强的表达能力的考虑，允许对其加入更多的隐层，进行一些非线性变换；如果确实只要“beta矩阵”（只做一次线性变换），去掉decoder中的隐层就好，对应的代码在这个位置：https://github.com/zll17/Neural_Topic_Models/blob/1021fc76eba361ff66c482c2bbd63b18a15ceff8/models/GSM.py#L23，
