Is there any way to add an Active/Effective & Inactive field under the providers section? This would allow us to add upcoming effective or inactive dates for providers reducing unnecessary scorecards being produced for providers that are in the system but not effective during the current quarter.

Please delete the Primary Care Resident Service Line providers. They are the ones on your list giving errors. Start dates in 2020 or later.

I am trying to enter goals for ortho for readmin index and the goals are 1.75, 1.5, 1.25 and it says I cant do that. is that because its a decimal ?
