First:
pip install requirements.txt
然后按照此博客：https://blog.csdn.net/weixin_42247922/article/details/102936575进行项目的搭建
最后将上面目录的data文件夹中的数据导入数据库
Then:
cd music
python manage.py runserver

open the brower, using address: `127.0.0.1:8000`
