drop starting values warning when initial values are provided

Hi Ziyue,

I've noticed that the following message appears even when starting values are provided by the user. I think we should remove it in those situations.

Note: we don't estimate random regret model to get inital values in mixed version.
Users are advised to estimate on their own to make comparison

Additionally, I think a more suitable message might be something like this.

Warning: initial values not provided. We highly advise the users to use starting values from randregret estimates for the means of the distributions of the random coefficients.

Error header number of clusters is wrong.

In the image below, the number of clusters should be the number of individuals, not the number of choice sets in the sample. Please fix it :)

Missing examples for `mixrpred` and `mixrbeta` in helpfile

Dear Ziyue, I noticed that the mixrandregret helpfile also describes the options for the mixrpred and mixrbeta commands. However, there are no examples provided. Is it possible that you could add some? Thank you so much.
