fix bug
Hi mr. i'm xtgem users, i want tell you, there is any less in xtscript substr function, currently the param "$length" defined as requirement param, it not same such as php substr function,
and second, error in "goto" command,
e.g
goto @marked
print Hello
@marked
print World
this example print/result nothing, which it should print "World".
