perhaps something that'll automatically tag all admins on @admin or @admins or /report

we could try this to mention without admins showing up in the message

or just however Rose does it, I guess

if it's an @mention (i.e. user with username):

• message.entities will contain MessageEntityMention(offset=0, length=7)
• then.. we'll have to figure out the subslice of the message with the username, and see if we can find that user...?

if it's a mention by name (i.e. user without username):

• message.entities will contain MessageEntityMentionName(offset=0, length=6, user_id=012345678)
• ???

like what the title says.

potential criteria:

• new account? (we'll need to store this then)
  • pretty important, because everything below can be legit as well
  • probably just filter out accounts that have sent many messages before, before considering the below criteria
  • client.iter_messages()?
• too many emojis
• poocoin (etc) url?
• token contract addresses
• random URLs
• video media? mmmmmaybe photos? idk
