Chat App

Source code for Penn’s Fall 2018 CodeWeekend.

How to run

To run the client, simply use a web browser to open index.html in /client.

To run the server, install node and navigate to /server. Run npm install and then node server.js.

Use /setname in client to change default name.

Use /image link, where link is a HTTP link, to send image in chat.

Use /giphy subject, where subject can be anything, to auto search and send an image of description.
